This type of research is quantitative descriptive research conducted without testing hypotheses. The data taken in the form of: the teacher's ability to manage learning, student activities during learning, student learning outcomes, and student responses to the CPS learning process. The research was conducted at Yapenas Gempol Junior High School, class VIII, totaling 37 students. The data collection instruments were observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and response questionnaires. The results showed that the teacher's ability to implement the creative problem solving learning model was categorized as good with an observation value of 3.25. Student activity during the creative problem solving learning model is categorized as active because 29 students get an activity score of ≥ 75%. Students' learning outcomes after following the learning were categorized as complete by obtaining a score of 82.7%. Student responses to the creative problem solving learning model were categorized as positive because of 13 student response items, 11 items were categorized as very good and 2 items were categorized as good.
2024-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JEDMA Jurnal Edukasi Matematika https://ejournal.stkippgri-sidoarjo.ac.id/index.php/jedma/article/view/763 PENGARUH ALAT PERAGA BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR 2024-08-13T08:08:31+00:00 Siti Dinarti dinarti.matem@gmail.com
This study aims to examine the effect of using augmented reality (AR) based teaching aids on elementary school students' math learning outcomes. Augmented reality technology offers an innovative solution by providing a clearer and more real visualization of mathematical concepts, as well as creating a more interactive and interesting learning experience. The design used in this research is pre-experimental design. The design type used in this research is one group pretest-posttest. This research was conducted at SDN Palrejo 1 Sumobito Jombang with the population used in this study were all fourth grade students totaling 33 students. The sample used was the entire population (saturated sampling). Data collection techniques using tests, namely pretest and posttest and data analyzed using the SPSS application. Data analysis using paired simple t test. The results of the data analysis that have been analyzed, namely it is known that the value of Sig. (2- tailed) of 0.000>0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference in student learning outcomes between before and after being given treatment using augmented reality-based teaching aids. The results showed that the use of AR-based teaching aids significantly improved students' math learning outcomes. In addition, students' acceptance of the use of AR technology in learning mathematics is also very positive. The conclusion of this study is that the use of augmented reality-based teaching aids can be an effective learning method in improving elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes.
2024-08-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JEDMA Jurnal Edukasi Matematika https://ejournal.stkippgri-sidoarjo.ac.id/index.php/jedma/article/view/754 PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF BERBASIS PENDEKATAN PMRI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA 2024-08-21T02:46:03+00:00 Anna Auliatur Rohmah annaauliaturrohmah@gmail.com Abdur Rohim rohim@unisda.ac.id Arezqi Tunggal Asmana arezqitunggal@unisda.ac.id
This research aims to determine the effect of active learning strategies based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education to improve students' understanding of concepts in quadratic function material. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental research methods. The data collection technique used is the test technique. The data analysis technique uses the t-test. The results of the research showed that the average pretest score for the experimental class was 30,4 while the control class was 31,0. And the results of the post-test score for the ability to understand concepts for experimental class students were 83,3 while those for the control class were 67,9. Based on the results of post-test data analysis with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05. Numeracy is one of the provisions in the independent curriculum which is currently widely applied in schools. Students' ability to solve numeracy problems can be known by using evaluation tools. Wordwall is one form of innovation that can be used as an evaluation tool. Wordwall itself can be accessed via laptop or smartphone. The type of research used in this study is a type of development research with the Plomp model. This study used 33 students as research subjects. The results of this development research are in the form of wordwall-based numeracy question products that are tested very valid (97%), very practical (86.29%) and effective (88%). The resulting product is in the form of 20 numeracy questions
2024-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JEDMA Jurnal Edukasi Matematika https://ejournal.stkippgri-sidoarjo.ac.id/index.php/jedma/article/view/765 DEVELOPMENT OF GEOMETRY AND MEASUREMENT QUESTIONS BASED ON AKM FRAMEWORK USING SOCIO-CULTURAL CONTEXT IN SIDOARJO 2024-08-27T07:29:22+00:00 Nur Kholifah nkholifah239@gmail.com
This study aims to develop geometry questions based on the AKM Framework using the socio-cultural context of Sidoarjo. The development method includes needs analysis, question design, expert validation, field trials, and product revision. As a result, 10 geometry questions were developed using batik motifs and temple structures in Sidoarjo as contexts. These questions demonstrated high internal validity (average 0.78-0.89) and external validity ( ). The internal reliability score was 0.764, and the external reliability was 0.979. A total of 83.3% of students scored above 76, indicating the questions' effectiveness in enhancing interest and understanding of geometry. The use of local socio-cultural elements made the learning process more meaningful and contextual, thus effectively improving the quality of mathematics education.
2024-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 JEDMA Jurnal Edukasi Matematika
