Abstract

The research aims to describe the results of the analysis of students' errors in solving linear program story problems. This type of research is called qualitative descriptive research. The determination of research subjects was taken from three students of SMA Al Kautsar Sukodono grade XI, who were given two linear program story test questions with moderate ability, had the aim of knowing the students' thinking, the types of errors made by students, and the internal factors that cause students to make mistakes. Based on the analysis that the researcher did, it was concluded that 1 subject did not make any conceptual or procedural mistakes, while the other 2 subjects made conceptual and procedural errors based on predetermined indicators based on intelligence weakness and inattentiveness in reading the information about the questions.
